Tomorrow should be fun. It's date night, my first real day off, and first Wednesday art walk. Looking forward to spending some time with Jen that isn't a work break or a car ride to school. I'm happy with my life, but it does get old sometimes. The constant running around, driving, school, work, school, work, school, work, my poor sleeping habits, it all catches up to you eventually. I just feel like there aren't enough hours in the day, ya know?
It's not that I don't get 'me time', it's just, am I really getting enough of it? I feel like most of my free time is grabbed on the fly between shifts, (or during them, to be honest), and I barely get to enjoy my life as it flies past me. I bought an XBOX so me and Jen could have fun gaming again, (because lets face it, I fucking miss gaming with her). I just don't get to do enough with her. Our schedules suck. I might be getting the 7am-7pm shift I've been suggesting for months now. That would do wonders for my social life. I'd actually get to have friends again.
Well, it's getting late, and Squarepusher is urging me to leave.

Bio
I'm sitting in my Bio class. Just took exam 1, I feel good about it, even though I barely studied. There is an annoying fat chick in my class. She seems like she's probably an idiot. I guess every college course has one of those. I've been gaming a lot more than I'd like to be. I feel my comfortable lifestyle slowly returning, and with it comes bad habits. I'm trying to stay on a good diet, but it's difficult. Jen and I are bad for each other when it comes to dieting. I really need to take the reins on this one, I just need to muster up some self restraint and commitment.
I've been wanting to get more connected with the internet community as of late. I'd really like to start vlogging, but I don't know what I would talk about. I'm trying to do this blogging thing more, and it seems to be a slight stress reliever, which is nice. Oh well. Off to be lame.

Catagorical.
Thursday. Went to bio, lab was lackluster. Went to SPC, slayed speech, later I find out I scored the highest out of the entire class. <- lol. Went to math. Got caught up quickly, per my professor's request. Went to PGY. Photography is like a therapy session at the end of each school day. My entire class is chill, easy to talk to, and settling. It's nice. Got my first b/w assignment, 72 photos with various lighting and backgrounds, focal point being a small item of our choosing. I chose 'mou', my little brown wooden poop thing. It's proving to have much more character than I thought.
Work was slow, as always. Worked the back Friday. Got all of my worked done per the usual, and sat on the computer and watched the new Karate Kid, stayed awake to the best of my ability and burned away 5 work free hours, essentially getting paid for nothing. Saturday, rinse and repeat. Sunday, rinse and repeat. I hate that I feel like I'm receiving a full paycheck when I only work 20% of the time. It's just weird. Go figure.
Monday was horrible. Slept for most of it, but once I re-entered the world of the living, it was much better. Saw Tron: Legacy with Meagan. It was amazing, as expected. Hung out with Jen. Stayed up late, after she went to sleep, smoked hookah, watched South Park. Saw that my tax return hit my bank account early. Got excited. Went to sleep. Woke up for school, bio was cake, again, per the usual. Went to SPC, tried to keep occupied by doodling. Pretty sure my professor is on to my schemes. Took myself out to lunch (Sushi Cafe) to celebrate my return. Said 'Hi' to Jen at Quizno's. Said I was going to my math class (which was the truth, but turned out to be a lie later). Headed out to south campus to pick up film for PGY, but on the way, called them, only to learn they are completely out of everything I need. Phone is dying at this point. Make a call to Ritz Camera in the town center, and make a quick hop over the freeway to my next destination.
I get to the town center, and by now it's pouring. Spend 10 minutes locating the Ritz, on foot. Soaking wet at this point. Walk in. Place is amazing. Look around, find a lens cap, find a lens cleaner, which makes me happy. Approaching the counter, I see they are low on the film I need. Not wanting to make another trip out here, I buy every roll they have (6). I decide after walking out that I like rain, and don't give a shit if I get wet. Good thought to have, because the bottom really falls out after that. Phone dies. With no one to talk to, or to talk me out of it, I start randomly shopping.
I end up at MovieStop. Pick up 'Crash', 'Reservoir Dogs', 'Uptown Girls' (for Jen), and because it's buy 3 get 1 free, I snag a copy of 'Memento'. Checking out, I start wondering if there is a GameStop around here too, because I've been thinking about getting a Wii. Start searching (still on foot) for a GameStop. Find one. Walk in GameStop, asking about used Wiis. Decide slowly that I'd rather have an XBOX, decide to come back for the XBOX. Go to Best Buy. Price XBOXs, Too costly, but they did have a copy of Guitar Hero: Metallica, and, thinking about Jen, I pick it up. Back at GameStop, I go from buying the used no harddrive XBOX for 109 to getting the Microsoft refurbished 250gig harddrive XBOX 360 elite with built in wifi and kinect ready. I only want this thing for NetFlix, and so Jen and I, and random people, can play guitar hero.
Get home in time to take Jen to Chamblains Uptown in search of these really old copies of the Lord of the Rings series. She's hellbent on finding them, since she accidentally bought the first one. No luck at Uptown, so we head to the roosevelt location. No luck there either. Seems eBay is the best choice. Lunch at Chikfila and we head to school. PGY was pretty decent. Got to watch a decent video and talk about cameras. Fun stuff. Went home, smoked hookah, played guitar hero, went to bed.
Woke up Wednesday. Took Jen to school, had breakfast at Derby House, by myself. It was nice. Came home, played around with the XBOX, smoked more hookah. Went and picked up Jen from school. Met Drew at a restaurant called Bassil's in Argyle. My gyro was delicious. Went to Jo-Ann's. Went to Orange Park Mall. Wandered around. Bought a new hat. Ate low calorie yogurt. Was delicious. Went home. Smoked MORE hookah, played guitar hero, watched a movie. Got hungry. Went to casbah. Ate hummus and a chicken caesar salad. Smoked more hookah. Went home. Did something I can't remember atm, went to sleep.
Woke up for school this morning, wasn't tired at all. Had a fun lab in bio. Got out an hour early. Picked up my check. Cashed my check. Gave Jen rent money, deposited rest of check. Went to Einstein's. Had the best breakfast bagel I've had in a LONG time. Everything bagels make everything delicious. That's why they're called everything bagels. Dropped Jen off at the house, went to SPC. Doodled secretively. I've become much more covert than I need to be. Laughed a little. Went to cafe at Kent. No seating, ANYWHERE. Ended up in the library. About to go to math. Actually, it starts in 2 minutes. Later.

Saturday
Woke up. Slept rather well, surprisingly. Work wasn't too bad, tonight will be better hopefully. Watched The Butterfly Effect (director's cut version) with Jen and her mom. Had a pb&j and a small bowl of honey nut cheerios. Smoking a mint hookah right now, while Jen reads Lord of the Rings. I have work in less than 2 hours. Back hurts a little. Can't wait for school to start. I'm taking (as of right now) Psychology, Fundamentals of Public Speaking, Intermediate Algebra, and Photography I. I say as of right now because I'm hopefully going to steal a seat in Principles of Biology I, which also covers the lab credit needed for my associates, I just have to cross my fingers that someone drops the class. Other than that, there isn't really much to report.

Welcome to my life.
This will be a new project for 2011. I will be documenting my life on several different social networking planes, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, etc, in an attempt to better understand the human infatuation with posting day to day inane events and activities.
